What we collect

When you submit an intake request, BCBA receives your name, contact details, town or ZIP code, service needs, timing, priorities, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not include medical records, Social Security numbers, payment details, or other highly sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your information to understand your request, contact you using your preferred method, and identify potentially suitable service partners. Submitting a request gives BCBA permission to contact you about that request; it is not a subscription to marketing messages.

Form delivery and storage

Our form sends your information through FormSubmit to BCBA’s email inbox. FormSubmit processes submissions and provides spam protection, which may involve Google reCAPTCHA. Its documentation states that submission archives are retained for 30 days. Copies delivered to our email inbox are separate from that archive and do not automatically expire after 30 days.

Partner introductions

We may share details needed to make an introduction with a potential service partner after discussing the match with you. Intake submissions are delivered to BCBA, not automatically distributed to partners. We do not sell intake information.

Questions and your choices

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, email Founder@BCBAnj.org. Please include enough information for us to identify your request, but do not send sensitive identity documents.
